Democratic Presidential Candidate Elizabeth Warren hates Fox News


U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., announced that she would not be doing a town hall on Fox News, slamming the network as a "hate-for-profit racket that gives a megaphone to racists and conspiracists."

"Fox News balances a mix of bigotry, racism, and outright lies with enough legit journalism to make the claim to advertisers that it’s a reputable news outlet, she continued. "It’s all about dragging in ad money—big ad money."

"Fox News is welcome to come to my events just like any other outlet. But a Fox News town hall adds money to the hate-for-profit machine. To which I say: hard pass," she concluded.

As far back as the Democratic National Committee declined to have a Democratic presidential discussion on Fox News, singular applicants host severed from the gathering and have picked to hold their own town corridors on Fox. Sen. Bernie Sanders', town corridor in April drew over 2.5 million watchers, as per Nielsen information.

Warren's campaign sent out a fundraising email after announcing their decision not to join a Fox News town hall, asking recipients, "instead of helping Fox News turn a fatter profit, I'll keep building the grassroots movement that we need to win in 2020 and make real change starting in 2021. If you're with me, will you pitch in $3?"
